Acceptance of the Terms

By registering and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a contract between us (Powerball Gaming Services B.V.) and you ("the User"). Account Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials, including but not limited to passwords and any secondary authentication methods used in conjunction with our platform (such as 2FA).

Restricted Behavior & Prohibited Activities

1. Using multiple accounts to participate in activities offered by Powerball Gaming Services B.V. is strictly prohibited.
2. Any form of account manipulation or exploitation will result in immediate suspension/closure and/or legal action against the User.

Bonus Rules

1. All bonuses offered on our platform are governed by specific terms & conditions that must be read, understood, and accepted before claiming them.
2. Bonus abuse is strictly forbidden and may lead to bonus cancellation and account restrictions or closure.

Wagering Conditions

All wagers made in the course of participating in activities offered by Powerball Gaming Services B.V. are subject to our wagering requirements, which apply equally to lottery games, instant-win games, scratch cards, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, promotions, and other services provided.
